THAANIYAM HUB – VENDOR TERMS & CONDITIONS

Welcome to Thaaniyam Hub

By registering as a vendor on Thaaniyam Hub (www.thaaniyamhub.com) or accessing our vendor services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Vendor Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should not register or use our vendor services.

1. Introduction

These Vendor Terms & Conditions (“Agreement”) govern the relationship between Thaaniyam Hub (“Platform”, “we”, “us”, “our”) and registered vendors (“Vendor”, “you”, “your”) who list and sell products on the Platform.

By registering as a Vendor, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms.

2. Vendor Registration & Approval

  • Vendors must provide accurate business and identity details during registration.
  • Only legally eligible individuals or registered business entities are allowed.
  • Thaaniyam Hub reserves the right to approve, reject, suspend, or terminate any vendor account at its sole discretion.

3. Vendor Responsibilities

Vendors are solely responsible for:

  • All products listed under their account
  • Accuracy of product information, pricing, images, and descriptions
  • Order fulfillment and timely dispatch
  • Maintaining inventory and stock availability
  • Providing valid customer support for their products

4. Product Listing Standards

Vendors agree that:

  • Products must be legal, safe, and permitted for sale in India
  • Listings must not be misleading, false, or incomplete
  • Counterfeit, prohibited, or restricted goods are strictly not allowed
  • Product images must accurately represent the actual item
  • Thaaniyam Hub may remove any listing without prior notice if it violates policies

5. Pricing, Commission & Payments

  • Vendors are responsible for setting product prices unless otherwise agreed
  • Platform commission/service fees (if applicable) will be deducted before payout
  • Payments will be settled on a per-order basis
  • Taxes such as GST or other applicable duties are the vendor’s responsibility

6. Order Processing & Fulfillment

  • Vendors must accept and process orders promptly
  • Orders must be dispatched within the promised timeline
  • Vendors must ensure proper packaging to avoid damage during transit
  • Tracking details must be updated on the platform (if applicable)
  • Failure to fulfill orders may result in appropriate action.

7. Shipping & Delivery

  • Vendors are responsible for arranging delivery unless otherwise specified
  • Delivery timelines must be strictly followed
  • Any delays, damages, or logistics issues must be communicated immediately
  • Responsibility for safe delivery remains with the vendor until order completion

8. Cancellation, Returns & Refunds

  • Vendors must comply with Thaaniyam Hub return and refund policy
  • Refunds must be processed for damaged, defective, or incorrect products
  • Unauthorized refusal of valid returns may result in appropriate corrective action
  • Refund approvals are subject to platform verification and dispute resolution

9. Product Quality & Compliance

Vendors must ensure:

  • Products meet quality and safety standards
  • Compliance with applicable laws and regulations
  • Proper labeling, packaging, and required disclosures
  • No sale of expired, banned, or hazardous products

10. Customer Data Protection

  • Vendor must use customer data only for order fulfillment purposes
  • Sharing, selling, or misusing customer information is strictly prohibited
  • Vendors must comply with applicable data protection and privacy laws

11. Prohibited Conduct

Vendors must NOT:

  • Sell illegal, counterfeit, or restricted products
  • Manipulate pricing, orders, or reviews
  • Engage in fraudulent or deceptive practices
  • Spam or misuse platform features
  • Infringe intellectual property rights
  • Attempt to bypass platform payment systems

Violation may result in immediate suspension or termination.

12. Intellectual Property

  • Vendors retain ownership of their product content
  • By listing on Thaaniyam Hub, vendors grant the platform a non-exclusive right to use product images, descriptions, and content for marketing and promotional purposes

13. Ratings, Reviews & Feedback

  • Customer reviews must not be manipulated or artificially influenced
  • Vendors must not post fake reviews or incentivize biased feedback
  • Thaaniyam Hub reserves the right to remove suspicious reviews

14. Suspension & Termination

Thaaniyam Hub may suspend or terminate vendor accounts if:

  • Terms are violated
  • Fraudulent activity is detected
  • Poor service quality or repeated complaints occur
  • Legal or regulatory risks arise

Vendors may also voluntarily close their account by written request.

15. Limitation of Liability

Thaaniyam Hub is a marketplace platform and is not responsible for:

  • Product quality or performance
  • Delivery delays caused by logistics partners or vendors
  • Disputes between vendors and customers
  • Financial losses arising from vendor actions

16. Indemnification

Vendors agree to indemnify and hold harmless Thaaniyam Hub from any claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising from:

  • Their products or services
  • Breach of these Terms
  • Violation of applicable laws
  • Customer disputes caused by vendor actions

17. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India.
All disputes shall fall under the jurisdiction of courts located in Tamil Nadu, India.

18. Amendments

Thaaniyam Hub may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
