Return & Refund Policy

At Thaaniyam Hub, we strive to provide high-quality millet-based and natural food products. Due to the nature of our products, this Return & Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which returns and refunds are accepted.

1. Order Cancellation

Once an order is placed on the website, it can be cancelled within 24 hours and amount will be refunded.

2. Return Eligibility

We accept returns only under the following conditions:
  • The product is damaged, defective, or incorrect
  • The request is raised within 2 working days from the date of delivery
  • The product should be unused and in original packaging
Due to the perishable and consumable nature of food products:
  • Opened or used products cannot be returned
  • Products without proper proof will not be eligible

3. Mandatory Proof for Returns

To process any return or complaint, customers must provide:
  • Package opening video (mandatory)
  • Images of the product showing the issue
  • Delivery confirmation message (if applicable)

4. Refund & Replacement Process

Once your request is approved, we will offer:
  • Replacement, OR Refund (if replacement is not preferred or unavailable)
  • Refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days
  • Refund will be credited to the original payment method
  • Note: It may take additional time depending on your bank/payment provider.

5. Return Shipping

  • If the return is due to damage, defect, or wrong product, we will handle the resolution accordingly
  • In other eligible cases, customers may need to bear return shipping charges

6. Non-Refundable Items

We do not accept returns or refunds for:
  • Opened or used products
  • Perishable food items (unless defective)
  • Products purchased on sale or discount
  • Any request raised after the allowed return window

7. Delivery & Complaint Timeline

  • Delivery-related issues must be reported within 7 days of delivery confirmation
  • Product-related complaints must be raised within 2 days of delivery
